8/26/2018- Some may have noticed the "Reformed Hub" link, which takes you to a page with nothing on it yet. Its looking like I may be joining a friend in ministry and part of that page will include projects like video and podcast in that venture. It will also include other reformed links etc..as the main page will become more neutral with an overall apologetics and basic Christian ministry format. So, I've answered my own question from a month ago, in that I plan on keeping the site up.
My friend, an ex Chaplain in the prison system and Pastor, has been a huge encouragement in my life and the opportunity that we could work together some just made sense as we make a good team. We are separated by some distance, but with modern day technology, that doesn't have the negative effects it would have used to.
Still no time table. I've been revamping and relearning the Podcasting and he is currently doing some FB and U Tube vids, which will be linked here as well.

8/10/18- Updated the videos page. Currently taking a break even from debating on FB. Still no change from last months update, as I have been busy with other issues on the personal level, but may be re-learning how to podcast again, but not rushing anything.
7/17/2018- Still undecided what direction to go with the site and have contemplated posting some key links and other info and basically archive with maybe an update now and then. Face book and other open forums and groups is where people are at now. The days of the web-site being the place to go seem numbered, so I am leaning in staying in that arena more, but for now, I'm enjoying the summer and not pushing myself to do anything.
So much to hate about Facebook, but its became a "all in one" go to place and it is what it is. Information overload for sure, which is just another reason a person can only manage so much at once.
I appreciate those who pop in here now and then, but with a small web-site and audience, I feel my time might be better spent in the trenches, since apologetics seems to be my calling. Ironically, I've stayed out of the creation-evolution debate except for one atheist, the rest has been in the theological arena.

6/10/2018- I'm behind the work on the web-site, but technical issues as well as trying to update the site for privacy took center stage. There is a new European privacy act, so anyone worldwide are told to make sure to have a privacy policy. I still don't understand all of it, but thought it wise to make these updates.
I also lost some pictures (most of the technical issues) and it will take time to re-do some things that I needed in order to start to change over more to the apologetics side of things, while still keeping a reformed page.
Next, I have been researching some doctrinal (mainly eschatological) and other issues for my own knowledge. Things that may or may not alter what I post on the site, so its important I settle it in my own mind first.
And last, summer hit and it was a brutal winter, so I've been enjoying the change. Hoping to get back on track, but not putting a time table.

5/20/2018- Wow, just listened to this classic and timeless message from John Piper. I thought I would post it here on its 18th anniversary. I believe it is this message that led Piper to continue with his "Don't Waste Your Life" messages and book of the same title.
5/6/2018- Added an Intelligent Design link in the Apologetics section and a Podcast in the "Palooza" section. I will slowly start to ad more creation apologetics. I've also decided to keep a section dedicated to what the site currently contains, maybe even some resources on the reformation. Not putting a plan or time table.
Some will not like Intelligent Design because they are not Christians by default, but coming at this from a scientific method. I think its needed in our culture that is increasingly ignorant and view the scriptures as myth. This creates more atheist who think science is the answer. Intelligent Design gives them a foundation.
Presuppositional apologetics is good, but I've never agreed that evidential apologetics should not have its place as well.

4-14-2018- I've deleted the "Hodgepodge of Awesome" page, which contained various videos that I would consider classic. One reason is, I haven't added to it in a while and the old format describing the videos was lost. Plus, I simply haven't had the gumption to restore it.
The other reason, is that when looking at priorities, I'm contemplating heading in another direction involving biblical and creation apologetics. When I first became a Christian, it was a passion of mine and lately I have a renewed interest. The ever growing secular environment in which we are in, is troubling to say the least. Although I feature apologetic links here, I wish to be more engaged, with apologetics as the focus.
Reformed theology is important, but in a world with an increasing "no theology", I feel this is a good move. Still thinking and seeking how I can serve the Lord the best. No plans on changing anything right at the moment, but in coming weeks or months, these changes or an announcement of a sister site to this one will hopefully be forthcoming.

3-26-2018-The late RC Sproul had a view on Eschatology that is becoming more popular today, but not without a lot of controversy. I have watched these videos before and because of my current studies, I am preparing to watch them again.
Click HERE for his video series that teaches what is known as the Partial- Preterist view. |

3-3-2018- Posted a couple blog post about the ministry of Rick Thomas this year. He specializes in direct Christian counseling that tells you the truth know matter how much you might not want to hear it. You can find his site here: HERE

2-6-2018- Audio of RC Sproul's final sermon. Very timely and powerful.

1-23-2018-You've probably noticed some remodeling going on. Still working on updates and not sure of the final lay-out of the site. Don't be surprised to see changes in the coming weeks (Lord willing), as I sort this out. The goal: keep the sight simple and not overly cluttered, but relevant and helpful.

1-20-2018-My wife and I just finished the late Dr. Sproul's Holiness of God series. You can find it here. I believe it was taped in the 80's. Got to love the old Sproul hair-do. Excellent series and relevant as ever!
