I wonder how many Christians have been told that Eschatology should be a non issue. I've said it myself, but I'm beginning to change my mind.
What if many things we have been taught to believe are not true? What if our view of eschatology changed our whole outlook and purpose in the way we practice our faith?
While I have touched on this subject before, I've recently been more involved on the subject and feel that matters of the "end times", may actually be the next reformation.
Rather than spell everything out, I'll point you to some recent sermons by Jeff Durbin of Apologia Church. He's done about 5 hour long sermons focused on Matthew 24 and prophecies concerning the coming of Christ. Each one is repetitive on many points, but he does get the point across. Here is a link to their YouTube page-scroll down, or depending on when you see this, you can do a search using words like tribulation, end times, end of the world, Matthew 24, etc...
I'll warn you ahead of time (if you haven't been exposed to these views before), that this is very exciting and it will have you seeing scripture like you never have before. However, it can lead to new questions and still leaves many things open for interpretation, but does answer a lot of things we thought we didn't know.
